1. Order Processing
We typically process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only fulfill orders within the United States.
International orders are not being fulfilled at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and may vary based on carrier service and location.
Delivery timeframes begin after order processing is complete.
4. Sales Tax and Shipping Charges (Texas Customers)
Our store is located in Texas, and we comply with Texas sales and use tax requirements.
- Sales Tax Collection: For orders shipped to addresses within Texas, sales tax is charged based on the total sales price of the items sold and applicable local tax rates.
- Shipping/Delivery Charges: Under Texas law, transportation and delivery charges connected with the sale of taxable items are considered part of the sales price and are subject to sales tax when the item being sold is taxable. This includes shipping, delivery, freight, or postage charges if they are billed to the purchaser. (State of Texas)
If your order includes taxable products and is shipped to a Texas address, the total taxable amount includes the price of the items plus any transportation or delivery charges separately stated on your invoice. (State of Texas)
5. Orders Shipped Outside Texas
For orders shipped to customers in other U.S. states:
- No Texas sales tax will be collected on orders shipped outside of Texas (unless otherwise required by that state’s tax laws).
- If your order is shipped to another state where we have tax nexus or are otherwise required to collect tax, we will adjust taxes accordingly.
Note: You may still be responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees levied by your local jurisdiction; these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Shipping Carriers and Service Levels
We partner with carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available service levels (e.g., Standard, Expedited) will be shown at checkout.
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after shipment.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of making your purchase. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly at giftsdesignedbyfaith@yahoo.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
